As a seasoned real estate broker, Stan brings over 42 years of industry experience as an investment specialist.
He works closely with experienced real estate investors—particularly those planning for retirement—to assist in the strategic liquidation of their property assets. In addition, he supports seasoned investors in identifying and acquiring new opportunities to grow and diversify their portfolios.
Stan also has a passion for guiding first-time investors. Drawing on his decades of expertise, he helps them navigate the complexities of the real estate market and find investment properties that align with their goals.
Stan entered the real estate field in 1981. He rehabilitated and managed forty-eight apartments units in seven buildings. He has a hands on knowledge of all of the trades necessary in maintaining an investment property. He is also well in all versed housing code matters. Residential and commercial lease preparations, eviction process, and landlord – tenant relations. In 1982 Stan became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. In 1986 he became an independent Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Stan graduated from the university of Hartford in 1976. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications. He served two years with the United States Marine Corps and received an honorable discharge in June of 1971. Stan has always been a community oriented person. He performed many civic duties in the city of Hartford. He was a commissioner on the zoning board of appeals for five years, 1988 thru 2002. He was also a commissioner on the Park Street Special Services District for twenty years, 2002 thru 2022. Stan served as a justice of the peace for twelve years, 2005 thru 2017. Stan is a twenty-eight year member of the Spanish American Merchants Association; and has served and is continuing to serve on it’s board of directors for eighteen years, 2006 thru present.
In his free time Stan enjoys tinkering with classic cars and motorcycles. He has always been a physical fitness buff, and exercise has always been a part of his life. Stan will always find pleasure in an evening of conversation with family and friends.
