Oz Pariser is an accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record in real estate investment, business operations, and team leadership. He earned his Bachelor’s in Health Science in 2007 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 from the University of Hartford before transitioning into real estate. In late 2014, Oz founded his real estate investment firm, Pariser Enterprises, where he successfully wholesaled, flipped, and brokered over 100 properties. This foundation helped him build expertise in market analysis, deal structuring, and project execution before his eventual expansion into multifamily apartment acquisition.
As a licensed agent and seasoned dealmaker, Oz takes great pride in helping clients achieve their real estate goals—whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, an investor looking for the right opportunity, or a seller navigating a complex transaction. His strong negotiation skills, deep local market knowledge, and dedication to client success have made him a trusted advisor and agent throughout Connecticut.
Since 2019, Oz has personally acquired and operated over $15M worth of multifamily and mobile home park assets, totaling 267 units. Through value-add strategies, operational efficiencies, and an in-house management team, he’s consistently grown asset value while building a scalable, vertically integrated portfolio.
Outside of real estate, Oz is a devoted husband and father to his wife and three boys, aged 15, 4, and newborn. He is also a lifelong martial artist and decorated combat sports athlete. A former professional MMA fighter and black belt in three martial arts, he leads the Brazilian Jiu-jitsu program at Tritac Training Center in Cromwell, CT, mentoring the next generation of martial artists.
