With over two decades of hands-on experience in real estate, construction, and investing, Adam Fiore has built a reputation for turning vision into value. Starting at just 18 installing wood floors, Adam quickly transitioned from laborer to entrepreneur—going door-to-door selling flooring, then expanding into full-scale kitchen and bathroom remodels.
By 25, he earned his real estate license and ran a thriving renovation business with a full-time crew, completing high-end residential projects and working closely with local flippers. Frustrated by the chaos of managing unreliable labor, Adam eventually pivoted to flipping properties and investing in multifamily real estate for himself—scaling up from contractor to owner and investor.
From ages 32 to 36, Adam immersed himself in real estate sales, flips, multifamily holdings, and retail remodels. But chasing volume and managing unmotivated workers led to burnout. That experience shifted his mindset—from a “how cheap can I do it” approach to investing in professionals who deliver real results. Since then, he’s built and bought a portfolio of multifamily properties with a focus on quality and long-term value.
Originally from Enfield, Adam is a father of two beautiful girls, a soccer enthusiast, and an avid bass guitar collector (though he admits his collection exceeds his skill). His path reflects the grit of someone who’s done the hard work, learned the lessons, and now focuses on what really delivers returns—both in business and in life.
